Knockout Kings boasted 25 fighters allowing players to play as some of the greatest names in boxing at their primes, making it a boxing fan's dream. See if Sugar Shane Mosley had what it takes to best Sugar Ray Leonard at the peak of his powers, or play as Butterbean and go toe to toe with Joe Frasier. The game came with three modes, Championship, Slugfest, and Training, each offering unique aspects to the game. As fighting games go, this one added a historical layer that made it extremely interesting and held its own when compared to other boxing games of its day.
